Please welcome New York-based and Boston-bred Esther Li as our new Creative Director. With over fifteen years of experience specializing in branding identity design, Esther will now spearhead creative for the agency and help guide its next chapter in unlocking market-shifting brand strategies.

She is a creative force who specializes in branding identity design for a range of clients such as Etsy, MLS, Target, AICP, Chobani, Dunkin’, and UNICEF. “Beardwood approaches their work the same way I do—thoughtful and strategic with every project at every scale,” said Esther Li. “Most importantly, they’re collaborative and genuinely care about the people they work with—that’s how I think the best work gets done. We’re going to challenge each other and take every opportunity to be bolder for our clients. I’m ready to help lead Beardwood into a new creative era.”

“After 20+ years in business, our most transformative work is ahead of us,” said Sarah Williams, Co-CEO of Beardwood&Co. “Esther represents our core belief that brilliant leaders expand what’s possible. She embodies our values of bravery and humanity, and with Esther leading as Creative Director, we’ll pursue even bigger ambitions—scaling ideas, deepening impact for our clients, and elevating our team.”

I'm excited to get our clients fired up about what's possible. My vision for our work is to build brands that make real impact in culture at large. Fresh, unexpected, smart, and, of course, beautiful.
