We’re thrilled to announce Madeline Rosemurgy has joined our growing team as Associate Strategy Director. Maddie’s superpower is helping heritage and challenger brands find their cool to get the right people to care.
Maddie won us over through her people-centered approach and impressive track record over her 11 years of experience.
She tells us, “I’m perpetually on the lookout for what makes people genuinely care. I believe that strategy is more than just a step in the process — it’s what makes a brand mean something.
My journey from designer to strategist has taught me how to translate design thinking and cultural observations into brand opportunities that are purposeful, resonant, and impactful. As a culture-obsessed creative, I dig deep to connect the dots between behavior and brand — and I do it all with relentless curiosity and a thoroughness that’ll knock your socks off.”
Maddie’s experience spans from B2B to CPG, helping bring heritage and challenger brands closer to the people they’re built for, including Vaseline, Dove & Dove Men+Care, 7UP, Dr. Praeger’s, Milk-Bone, Vitafusion, and Yasso.
Maddie will work closely with Courtney Berkery, Head of Strategy, on brand positioning, brand architecture, innovation, and brand world projects.
