![]() Founder, Strategy Julia is an experienced brand strategist who loves to partner with clients and creative teams to develop ideas and put strategies into action. Up until 2004, Julia was Executive Director at Landor New York, heading up the consumer and healthcare branding practices. Highlights included leading major brand renovation projects for Pizza Hut, Smirnoff, Gatorade, Pepperidge Farm, Clairol and Lipitor. New products work is her other expertise and passion, and she counts among her successes brand innovations for Schick's Intuition razor, Propel Fitness Water, Hanes hosiery collections and Bath & Body Works' Aromatherapy line. Julia started her career at P&G in the UK, picking up basic training in brand management via pan-European brands Pampers and Ariel, along with some invaluable sales training. After moving to New York, Julia spent 10 years in advertising at D'Arcy NY, gaining global brand experience on P&G Vicks franchise as well as food marketing programs for Kraft and CPC Baking. |

![]() Partner, Design Sarah Williams brings passion, enthusiasm and experience to every project as a Partner and Design Director at Beardwood&Co. Sarah leads the creative team on a diverse range of projects and strongly believes that every design endeavor should result in a beautiful, fresh, and cutting-edge look that provides an emotional and functional experience for its audience. Recent accomplishments have been launching several new lines for Bath & Body Works, developing two new branded programs for Pfizer, a new packaging system for Schick in Europe and Japan, and launching new brands for Mike's Hard Lemonade. Prior to Beardwood&Co., Sarah was at Landor Associates New York. There she developed the visual identity and overall brand-look for Song Airlines encompassing printed materials, airport/airplane environments, and multimedia applications. She took a lead role in major branding projects for Pfizer, Blackberry, Burger King, Bath and Body Works, and Clairol. In addition to her role at Beardwood&Co, Sarah continues to find new inspiration through writing for The Scout (thescoutmag.com), design-focused travel, AIGA membership, and a continued love of illustration. |

Sadie was the valedictorian at the University of Maryland's R. H. Smith School of Business, where she received her B.A. in Marketing, Summa Cum Laude. |

As Director of Brand Strategy, she is devoted to tackling each initiative with curiosity, energy and inventiveness. She recently joined Beardwood&Co, after leading a brand strategy team at Desgrippes Gobe, where she was responsible for leading engagements with Staples, American Express, The Neat Company, RealD, The United Arab Emirates and Dassault Falcon. Dani's strategic career started at Landor, where she revitalized national and global brands for clients including Diageo and Entenmann's. |

During her school years, she interned at NASA Kennedy Space Center in Florida where she initiated design projects and collaborated with their Guest Operations and Exhibit Design team. She applies a fresh and comprehensive approach to branding, often incorporating her illustration talents. |

![]() Design Senior designer Kristin Sabena specializes in brand identity, package design and innovation projects, specializing in high-end beauty products and adult beverages. Kristin, a graduate of The Portfolio Center in Atlanta, joined Beardwood in 2006 after beginning her career at Landor. She has designed beauty packaging for brands such as Bath & Body Works, Carol's Daughter and Schick. She also designed the packaging for Tanqueray Rangpur and Dulseda, innovation packaging for Crown Royal and Mike's Hard Lemonade, and has extensive experience in corporate branding, having designed visual systems for Pfizer, TSYS and International Code Council. |

As Senior Designer, her work involves design, direction and research for Bath & Body Works, Thornton Tomasetti, CBGB and the Gap, among others. Allison's experience in branding was established at Landor Associates as a designer specializing in corporate identity and brand packaging. Her clients there included Pfizer, Clairol, Citibank, Diageo, and American Express. |
